Heegler Civil Engineering, P.S. was established to provide Civil Engineering services for professional developers and to families and small businesses, mostly in Snohomish and King counties. We bring over thirty years of diversified public and private sector experience in land development, project management and land planning.
Heegler Engineering’s project experience includes single-family and multifamily residential, commercial developments, short plats and places of worship.

Residential Design
Residential design is ordinarily the addition of a building to a lot. This can be a house, duplex, apartments or a guest house (now called an Auxilliary Dwelling Unit or ADU)
Commercial Design
Commercial design includes industrial sites as the difference between these is usually inside the buildings.
